One of my best friends, Elly, visited me/brought me dinner. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and it was good to see her again.

My Dad put my University of Wyoming and Journey to Diversity Workplaces volunteer organization stickers on my car.

I was released from my church calling, as the Elders Quorum Secretary, but I still am helping at the Star Valley Temple twice a week.

2017 Personal Resolutions/Goals

My main New Year’s resolutions/goals are:

1. To be more kind/friendly to people I don’t well
2. Read the scriptures more consistently. I’ve never read the Pearl of Great Price. So that should be my main focus of scriptures to read/study for awhile.
3. I’d like to make more of an effort to spend time with my friends/family. I don’t travel that often anymore, but it’d be good to be able to visit with some of my friends if I travel close to where they live.

Happy 65th Birthday to my Dad! My Dad and I have always had different interests, which has made it difficult to relate to each other at times, but I am grateful that he’s willing to try to teach me new things and help me.

My sister celebrated her birthday this month. I’m appreciate that she’s always been one of my close friend and am grateful for all that she’s done to help make easier for me.
